When I try to cast a video, my iPhone shows a rotating blue circle as if it's loading or connecting, and the Chromecast just continues to show the RealTimes home screen. Why?
Depending on their original format, videos uploaded to your MyCloud storage can take some time to become available for playback in a format supported by Chromecast. Step 1. Load original files
Click "Add Video" button on the main interface to load your original files to the program. (Drag&Drop function is included.)
Step 2: Choose output file format.

Make sure that you have the most recent version of the RealTimes app on your device. Restarting the Chromecast maybe resolve this issue:
1. Remove the Chromecast device from the HDMI slot.
2. Unplug the USB cable or power cable (depending on how the device is powered up).
3. Reconnect the Chromecast and try again.
