* You requested the payment back about the CD. When the CD is involved in a request, the price for the CD would not be refunded.

How to get a refund of Registration Backup Service/Extended Download Service separately?

This item, offered and charged by SWREG/REGNOW, is automatically included when you click to pay for products. If you accidentally pay for the service, you can write an Email to the payment platform: venders@swreg.org.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Most of our products offer try-before-purchase version so every user could test to find out if this is the right one for your needs because there is no major difference between trial and trail version.

When can I get my money back after refund request is approved?

Normally the money would be returned to the account which used to order this program in the first place within 5 working days after refund request is approved. Sometimes it may take few more days during holidays. If you have not got the refund 20 days later, please contact us to check the refund status.
